Definitions

✔ Applicable Privacy Laws refers to the Israeli privacy law, rules, regulations, and governmental requirements related to the privacy, confidentiality, or security of Personal Data in Israel.

✔ Israeli Privacy Laws refer to the legal framework established in Israel to govern data protection, privacy, and related matters. ✔ The terms “Controller“, “Processor“, “Sub-Processor”, “Data Subject“, “Personal Data“, “Processing” (and/or “Process“), “Personal Data Breach”, the “Union”, “Member State” and “Special Categories of Personal Data” shall have the meanings given in the EU Data Protection Law. Signing up and registration. Part of our Services require registration and signing up to a user account in the web app software or App.  If you choose to register, you will need to submit certain information such as your email address and phone number. We will use One-time password (OTP) for authentication and authorization purposes. This information will uniquely link your account with you, your device (PC or mobile), and your usage, ensuring account authentication and security.

Purpose: We use your account information to assign an account to you, secure your access to your account,  and provide you with access to your activity and the ability to manage it directly.

Retention: We retain account information for as long as you are a User of the Product, and so long as the Account Information is required to provide you with the Services or, as required by any applicable law. We have a lawful retention policy and we word accordingly. For example: when your data no longer serves the purpose.

Providing the services. AMAN GROUP’s services encompasses a variety of services and financial tools, including ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), mergers and acquisitions, capital management, valuations, and more. This involves processing diverse data such as names, social security numbers, business emails, residential addresses (for personal mailing), numbers of options (requiring bank account details like IBAN and SWIFT codes upon option exercise), account confirmations, genders, roles, and workplace details.

Purpose: To provide dedicated services by AMAN GROUP. Additionally, providing our Software Services requires setting up a user account and collecting data like addresses, names, emails, phone numbers, and lists of contacts and media files chosen by users.

Retention: We retain account information for as long as you are a User of the Product, and so long as the Account Information is required to provide you with the Services or, as required by any applicable law.

Opening an Account in the Smart App. With AMAN GROUP Smart App, users can open an account to access our range of services and features. This includes providing necessary information, verifying identity, and setting up preferences to tailor the account to the user’s needs.

Purpose: The purpose of the “Open an Account” feature in the Smart App is to offer users a convenient and user-friendly way to access our services and benefits. By enabling users to open accounts seamlessly, we aim to enhance user experience, promote engagement, and provide personalized services based on individual preferences and needs.

Retention: Information collected during the account opening process, including user details, preferences, and verification data, is retained for as long as necessary to support the account functionality and provide ongoing services to the user. This retention period aligns with our data retention policies and may also be subject to applicable laws and regulations regarding data retention and user privacy.

Payment information. Payment information for Clients is collected and processed exclusively concerning AMAN GROUP’s Services. This information is utilized for notifications, providing support, and delivering payment notices. It’s important to note that depending on the Service and the chosen payment method, Payment Information may be collected by third-party payment processors.

Purpose: We collect and process your Payment Information solely to process payments for our services. For security and efficiency, we may engage third-party payment vendors to handle the secure processing and storage of your Payment Information, in compliance with their respective privacy policies.

Retention: Your Payment Information will be retained only for the duration necessary to complete your order and process the associated payment. Additionally, we may retain Payment Information as required by applicable law or for dispute resolution purposes.

Document, Reports and Files. As part of the web app software and App, we facilitate the provision of information to Users, including legal documents, financial documents, essential files, reports etc., through our Services. Your personal documents may be uploaded to your account. By uploading Documents through our Services, you consent to our collection, processing, and storage of such information for the specified purposes. We take the security of your personal data seriously and implement all reasonable measures to protect it against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Purposes: We collect your Documents to grant you access to essential  information and services via our platform. This encompasses legal and financial documents, agreements, and other pertinent materials essential for utilizing our Services. Moreover, Documents may be utilized for internal analysis and enhancement of our Services.

Retention: Your Documents are retained for as long as necessary to furnish you with the Services or as required by applicable law.

Aggregate Information. We may collect and retain metadata and statistical information concerning the use of the Services to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Services. As a controller, AMAN GROUP only processes personal data relying on your consent. Concerning AMAN GROUP role as a processor, AMAN GROUP will process data as part of our engagement with our Clients. In some cases, we may process your data relying on legitimate interest.

The legal basis for using your Personal Data for providing our Services is based on our obligations as the Data Processor under the appropriate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the relevant Data Controller, as applicable.

We will only process your Personal Data where we have a legal basis to do so. The legal basis will depend on the reasons we collected and need to use Your Personal Data.

Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent or lease your Personal Data. We may share your Personal Data with service providers and other third parties, to the extent necessary to fulfil our Services. However, and to provide, operate, maintain, serve and improve our Website and Services, so as to be able to offer additional products and features further, we use third-party services.
